Peska, a new fresh market seafood restaurant, will open a 6,000 square foot signature concept . “Peska is a sophisticated, fresh seafood restaurant with a high energy vibe,” said Design Director Lisa Pope-Westerman of Gensler, architects for the restaurant.

“It’s a restaurant concept that we think our customers will really appreciate and enjoy”, Wulfe said.  “As the state-of-the-art development nears completion, we have experienced increased interest in the remaining office space because of the high profile and easily accessible location with its abundance of a variety of amenities for employees and clients in the people friendly and lively place to work, shop and live.”
