The Camden Providence project near Tampa sold for $33 million.

BRANDON, Fla. – Camden Property Trust has sold the Camden Providence Lakes, a 260-unit multifamily property located in the Tampa suburb of Brandon, Florida. Roseview Winn Brandon, LLC purchased the asset for $33 million.

The community is a garden-style apartment complex located east of downtown Tampa.

JLL Capital Markets announced the deal, which include JLL team members International Director Jubeen Vaghefi and Managing Directors Jeff Morris, Denny St. Romain and Matt Wilcox led the JLL team on the transaction.

In other Camden news, Camden acquired a 5.8-acre land parcel in Gaithersburg, MD for $13.3 million for the future development of approximately 365 apartment homes.

Camden, a Houston-based REIT, owns 59,407 units and they are 96 percent occupied.
