CBRE Retained to Evaluate AT&T’s Headquarters Office Space Requirements

DALLAS – AT&T Inc., which has its headquarters in downtown Dallas, is evaluating its real estate situation. The communications firm has retained CBRE to assess its office space needs.

AT&T, which moved its headquarters from San Antonio to Dallas in 2008, has thousands of employees in multiple downtown buildings.

One option that could be considered by AT&T is a proposed 1 million SF project that Ross Perot Jr.’s Hillwood firm has been planning for a site near Klyde Warren Park, according to a report by Steve Brown of the Dallas Morning News.

Verizon is planning a large corporate campus in the Dallas area.
