Caldwell Developing 1,200-Acre Community for Over-55 Homebuyers
WILLIS, Texas – (Realty News Report) – Caldwell Communities has announced plans for a 1,200-acre active adult community in Willis, about 50 miles north of downtown Houston.
The community, located just west of I-45 with direct access to Lake Conroe, this gated residential community, Chambers Creek Ranch, will consist of 3,000 homes specifically designed for those 55 and older. The site is north of FM 1488.
Chambers Creek Ranch will offer a championship golf course designed by golf legend Tom Lehman. olling terrain, large oak trees, and an on-site marina with direct boat access to Lake Conroe.

Chambers Creek Ranch marks the fourth 55+ community for Caldwell. Previous age-restricted communities include Del Webb Sweetgrass, The Heritage at Towne Lake, and the Trails at Rock Creek.
