The City of San Antonio purchased 7.1 acres at 3830 Parkdale St. from Agora Assets for an undisclosed price. Younger Partners’ Bob Helterbran and Lew Wood represented the seller in the transaction. The city will use the property for an affordable workforce housing project, part of its $20 million Neighborhood Improvements Bond Program. Providence Commercial Real Estate Services’ Steve Garza represented the buyer.

Berkadia’s South Florida Capital Markets team of Charles J. Foschini, Mitch Sinberg, Christopher Apone, Matt Robbins, Lourdes Carranza-Alvarez and Shannon Wilson arranged the refinancing on behalf of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, LP, based in Boca Raton, Fla., and Capstone Collegiate Communities, a student housing development and investment firm based in Birmingham, Ala.
