TOMBALL — Santikos Entertainment is developing a 90,000-SF retail center adjacent to its cinema in Tomball, northwest of Houston. DENTON, Texas – Fidelis Realty Partners of Houston has acquired for Rayzor Ranch Marketplace, a 641,000-SF fully-leased retail power center in the Dallas-Fort Worth-area community of Denton.
