Cavalcade and 10,000 SF of land are available, with or without brewing equipment. The asking price without the apparatus is $1 million. NAI Partners’ Nick Terry and Joe Bright represent Town In City. The firm’s Larry Koestler helped pursue the listing. Town In City Brewing must move and expand to accommodate its cider-producing arm, Houston Cider Co.

Transwestern Commercial Services (TCS) has been retained by James and Daniel Warmack to provide office leasing services for Research Forest Lakeside, a 77-acre, mixed-use development on Lake Woodlands in The Woodlands. Currently, five office buildings comprise some 1 million SF and an additional four office buildings totaling 629,404 SF are slated for future construction. The Sam Moon Group, a Texas-based operator of industries from retail to commercial, held agrand opening and ribbon cutting March 29 for the new AMC Metropark Square 10 movie theater, the first tenant to open in its newest mixed-use development, Metropark Square.The 41,500 SF cinema with 10 screens opened to the public March 1. Metropark Square encompasses 175,000 SF of retail, restaurant and entertainment space on 70 acres in Shenandoah.

Transwestern Investment Group has secured a full-building lease with CTDI at 1753 Chapin Drive in Fort Worth. On behalf of one of its separately managed accounts, TIG acquired the 705,955SFdistribution facility in December 2018, along with a 494,041 SF building at 15453 Wolff Crossing. CBRE’s Nathan Lawrence and Krista Raymond are providing industrial leasing services.

The Hyatt Regency Stonebriar is topping out its 18-story, 303-room hotel under construction in Frisco. A lunch will be held April 12 to celebrate reaching the halfway point. A tree will be hoisted to the top of the structure signaling completion of the building’s skeleton. Sam Moon Group is hotel developer, Brasfield & Gorrie the contractor, HKS, Inc. the architect and Looney & Associates is managing the interior design.

Dunhill Partners acquired Village at Camp Bowie, a 180,000 SF retail center at 6115 Camp Bowie Blvd. in Fort Worth. The center, anchored by a Sprouts Farmers Market, is 89% leased with tenants that include Tuesday Morning, Verizon and Keller Williams. HFF represented the seller, a joint venture of Lincoln Property Company and Boston-based Long Wharf Capital.

SAN ANTONIO – JLL Capital Markets announced the successful sale of Nexus Urban Living in San Antonio. The 75-unit, recently updated multifamily asset, located at 6810 Glendora Road, was acquired by Nathan Mann, a New York City buyer.
JLL Senior Vice President Zar Haro lead the marketing and sales effort of the property, along with Senior Vice President Moses Siller and Vice President Robert Arzola, on behalf of the seller, 811 Darby, LLC.
