HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – NAI Partners is relocating its headquarters to Four Oaks Place, where the Houston-based commercial real estate firm has leased 20,000 SF (a full floor) at 1360 Post Oak Boulevard in Uptown Houston.
The move represents a 6,000 SF expansion from its office at 1900 West Loop South. NAI Partners’ Dan Boyles, head of the office tenant rep group, led the negotiations.
“Four Oaks is considered one of, if not the premier office complex in Houston and it reflects well on our growth and status as one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Houston,” said Jon Silberman, managing partner of NAI Partners.
“It’s a very exciting time for our company and this move is a significant expansion and upgrade of our space, layout, AV equipment and many other factors,” said Silberman. “We are investing significantly in the buildout, furniture and fixtures, and the space is significantly more open, allowing for greater communication and camaraderie in the office.”
NAI Partners’ Dan Boyles, head of the office tenant rep group, led the negotiations.Austin Ware, who leads NAI Partners’ Project and Construction Management business, also played a key role in the selection process and will spearhead the buildout according to the company’s specifications.
