HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Anthony Squillante and his six-member tenant representation team have joined Avison Young in Houston, according to Rand Stephens, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director. Previously, Squillante served as Managing Director of Stream Realty in Houston, where he assembled and led a tenant representation business unit with clients who lease or own office and industrial facilities. At Avison Young, Squillante, as Principal, will lead the team including Drew Coupe, Dustin Devine and Josh Morrow as vice presidents; Collin Roach as associate; Jack Wagner as financial analyst and Michelle Goynes as client services coordinator.
NAI Partners announced Chris Haro, has been promoted to Vice President in the Industrial Services group. Haro works with John Simons, Partner and Director of Industrial Corporate Services at NAI Partners, and Holden Rushing, Senior Vice President.
Stream Realty Partners hired Bates Arnot as senior director of Industrial Development Services. In his new role, Arnot will focus on sourcingand executing industrial development in DFW, and lead industrial development efforts in Denver. His hiring marks Arnot’s return to Stream after seven years with Hillwood Investment Properties.
Camden Property Trust, a Houston-based multifamily REIT, has appointed Mark D. Gibson to the company’s board of trust managers. Gibson works as Chief Executive Officer, Capital Markets, Americas of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
Trendmaker Homes Austin, part of the TRI Pointe Group, company of regional homebuilders, has named Bryan Havel as division president. Havel recent worked as division president at William Lyon Homes, overseeing Austin and San Antonio markets.

TruAmerica Multifamily has established a Central U.S. headquarters office in Dallas, under the direction of new hire Ammanuel Metta, who was named Senior Director of Acquisitions. The Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm was founded in 2013 by Robert Hart. Metta previously worked as VP of acquisitions at Price Realty, a Dallas firm.
