DeLong Automotive Group, LLC, secured a lease for a 9,750 SF industrial space at 13014 Brittmoore Park Drive in Houston. Finial Group, in partnership with Senterra, purchased this asset as part of a programmatic fund that aggregates industrial buildings in Texas and is on target to acquire more than $100 million worth of similar buildings. Matt Thomas with Flatrock Companies represented the tenant while Finial Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
