HOUSTON – Read King Commercial has announced plans for Waterview Town Center, a 130-acre mixed-use project, proposed at the northwest corner of the Grand Parkway (State Highwasy 99) and Grand Mission in Fort Bend County on the southwest side of Houston.

Houston-based Read King Commercial announced the proposed project will have retail, restaurants, medical, office and multi-family at this intersection.

The Garrett Cos. of Indianapolis recently purchased 11 acres from Read King for a multifamily development. Garrett’s has begun constructing and a 256-unit project called the Echelon.

The Read King site is just across the Grand Parkway from Johnson Development’s recently announced Harvest Green community, which will have 2,000 homes.
