AUSTIN – The Episcopal Church is seeking a development partner to develop a 600,000 square-foot mixed-use project on its parking lot in downtown Austin.
The church’s site is bounded by East 8th Street, Trinity Street, Neches Street and East 7th Street.
The church, which has issued a Request for Proposals, will be represented by the Rev. Canon Lang Lowrey III, asset manager, and real estate brokers Clinton Sayers II and Paul Byars with Sayers and Associates.
