HOUSTON – Turbine giant HPI Holdings, a Houston based firm, will buy 34 buildings totaling 875,000 SF in the Greenspoint area in north Houston, according to Bisnow.
The buildings are located about three miles west of Bush Airport along West Hardy Road, where HPI has its headquarters. Some of the buildings were part of the Houston investments directed by California investor Manny Khoshbin.
After the deal closes in early October, Caldwell Cos., a Houston real estate firm, will be involved in managing the properties, Bisnow reported.
