HOUSTON – RigNet, a leading global provider of digital technology solutions, leased 28,808 SF of office space at Park Ten Plaza in Houston’s Energy Corridor. This transaction brings the 155,140-SF building to 83 percent leased.

Brad Fricks, Senior Vice President at Stream Realty, represented the landlord, USAA Real Estate Co. RigNet was represented by Joe Peddie at Cushman and Wakefield.

“RigNet’s decision to relocate its company headquarters to Park Ten Plaza is an upgrade in their facilities, and a positive sign of its growth and commitment to employees,” said Fricks. “As part of the transaction, the owner agreed to add a conference center and fitness center to the building’s amenity base.”

Park Ten Plaza is located near Interstate 10 at 15115 Park Row centrally located in Houston’s Energy Corridor. The building was completed in early 2000.
