HOUSTON – The Signorelli Co. has retained Transwestern to lease Vivacity Medical District, a 186-acre medical park in the 1,400-acre Valley Ranch community in northeast Houston.

Transwestern’s Chris Wadley and Justin Brasell will lease the medical district.

Located near the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Grand Parkway, the Valley Ranch will have 1,500 single-family homes, 3,000 multifamily units, 2.5 million SF of retail, office space, and hotels, upon completion.

As the medical element of the project, Vivacity will be a pedestrian-friendly medical district that will include acute care services, medical offices, life sciences and hospital surrounding 45 acres of parks and lakes.

“Signorelli recognized the surging population growth largely due to the completion of the Grand Parkway at I-69 and the future linkage to I-10 East. Vivacity Medical District will be unlike any development in the country, providing comprehensive clinical care and personalized medical research facilities on-site,” Wadley said.
