HOUSTON – One Real Estate Investment, a Miami-based firm led by Jeronimo Hirschfeld, has sold two Houston multifamily properties with 882 units for more than $60 million.
Dallas-based S2 Capital, LLC. purchased the 432-unit Avalon at Royal Oaks 2310 Crescent Park Drive and the 446-unit Village at Uvalde, 250 Uvalde Road.
“One Real Estate continues to be committed to the Houston market. We are always open and ready to welcome new opportunities like these,” Hirschfeld said.
Zach Springer and Matt Saunders of ARA, a Newmark Company, represented the seller. ARA’s Adam Allen arranged financing.
One Real Estate has acquired a portfolio of more than 5,500 multi-family residential units in Houston and Miami. The portfolio also includes several commercial buildings and a master-planned, seven-acre subdivision in North Florida that is scheduled to be the site of a major retail shopping center.
