A joint venture Bridgewood Property Co. and Harrison Street Capital has started construction of a seniors housing project in Houston at 4141 N. Braeswood, just west of Stella Link. The 110,000-sf facility, called The Village of Meyerland, will stand on the site of an old apartment complex that was demolished.
