DALLAS – Avera, a Houston-based commercial real estate firm, has broken ground on an institutional quality distribution center in the Dallas suburb of Grand Prairie.
The 345,150 square-foot project is situated on 18.8 acres, located at the northwest corner of State Highway 161 (George Bush Tollway) and January Lane.
The development is centrally located in the highly desirable Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington area, less than 12 miles south of DFW Airport.
The building was designed by Powers Brown Architecture, and the civil engineering provided by Pacheco Koch. Avera Construction will act as the general contractor.
