HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Dallas-based Caddis Partners, a healthcare real estate company, has acquired three medical office buildings, including properties in Houston, Dallas and Atlanta, according to a report by Tony Wilbert of CoStar News.
Included in the deal was the Atascocita Medical Center, a 31,000-SF medical building at 17903 West Lake Houston Parkway, near Will Clayton Parkway on the northeast side. The building is 94.4 percent occupied with Memorial Hermann Medical Group Pediatrics Atascocita as a key tenant, CoStar reported.
Caddis also bought the Prairie View Medical Plaza in Flower Mound in the Dallas area and the Brookhaven Medical Center in Atlanta. All three properties were added to the firm’s Caddis Acquisition Fund I.
Caddis is seeking additional acquisitions nationwide, CoStar reported.
Caddis’s portfolio includes several Houston properties, including Memorial Hermann-occupied properties in Spring and League City.
