HOUSTON — Robert C. Kramp has been named Director of Research & Analysis and Research Operations Manager for CBRE’s Texas/Oklahoma region.
Kramp, based in CBRE’s Houston office, most recently served as a Senior Vice President and National Director with JLL’s Americas Research team, supporting occupier and investment brokerage teams in the Midwest and Great Lakes region. He also spent four and a half years in economic development and research with the Greater Houston Partnership, the city’s preeminent economic development organization. He holds a Master of Science from University of Houston-Victoria and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston.
CBRE also named Michelle Miller as Research Operations Manager, for the region. Together, they will lead the region’s 14-person research team to produce regional thought leadership and other research for external and internal clients.

Miller, based in CBRE’s Dallas office, joins CBRE from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she served as a director of corporate relations and a corporate community contact and liaison for the Naveen Jindal School of Management for three years. Before UT Dallas, Miller spent more than 16 years in the domestic and international commercial
real estate industry, including nearly 12 years at Goldman Sachs’ Realty Management Division. She holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science from UT Dallas, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Texas.
