AUSTIN – (Realty News Report) – CBRE has been retained by Brandywine Realty Trust to lease its planned 25-story office tower, which will have 200,000-SF.
The building, currently known as “405 Colorado” will include a first-floor grand lobby and 3,000 square feet of retail space, 12 floors of parking with more than 500 spaces.
Located on the northeast corner of Fourth and Colorado streets, the building will be in the heart of downtown Austin’s bustling Warehouse District.
“With superior ownership, an ideal location, and an ever-tightening CBD market, we think 405 Colorado will lease up quickly and take its place as one of Austin’s leading downtown developments,” said Troy Holme, Executive Vice President at CBRE.
The Brandywine REIT primarily focuses on Philadelphia, Austin and Washington DC.
