
HOUSTON – GE Betz Inc., a division of GE Power and Water, has acquired a tract in Tomball, northwest of Houston, where it will build a laboratory and office.
The $25 million project, the second for the Tomball Business And Technology Park, will create 75 jobs.
GE Betz purchase a 5.5 acre tract of land on Spell Road just west of Hufsmith Kohrville Road. Tom Condon Jr., senior vice president in The Woodlands office of Colliers International, represented the seller, the Tomball Economic Development Corp.
Gray Gilbert with CBRE represented the GE Betz, which provides water treatment, wastewater treatment and process system solutions.
