HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Forward Air Solutions, a logistics firm, leased 289,200 SF of industrial space at 18727 Kenswick Drive in Humble. A 132,000-SF expansion will be construction to expand the existing building there.
Robert McGee and Chase Cribbs of Lee & Associates – Houston represented the landlord, Adkisson Group. Mike Bauer of Fischer Co. represented the tenant Forward Air.
The project sits on over 21 acres of land and offer approximately 4 acres of trailer parking.
“Over the last 12 to 18 months, the North Houston market has seen tremendous growth in leasing activity,” said Robert McGee, principal at Lee & Associates – Houston. “Recent large build to suits such as Emser Tile, Grocers Supply and Conn’s, coupled with good absorption on existing inventory, have spurred new speculative development that North Houston hasn’t seen since 2015.”
