HOUSTON – Houston-based Frankel Building Group has announced The Lakes of Shadow Creek, a 24-acre gated community in north Houston, three miles from the new Exxon Mobil campus. Frankel serves as the exclusive custom homebuilder for the launch of this upscale gated community with 44 lots.

The lots range in size from 12,000 to 25,000 square-feet, with homes ranging in size from 3,500 square-feet to 5,500 square-feet. Prices start at $895,000 for the custom designed homes with architectural influences from Southern Coastal and French Transitional styles.

All homes will be designed in accordance with the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED for Homes  program. These energy efficient homes include fully-enclosed polyurethane spray foam, air-conditioned attic spaces and high efficiency HVAC systems.

Frankel also developed ParkGate Reserve, a 58-home luxury community in The Woodlands.
