HOUSTON (Realty News Report) –  The Frost Brown Todd law firm has leased space in the 1100 Louisiana office tower in downtown Houston.

the commercial real estate services firm has represented investor Fantome Tower L.P. in its lease with law firm Frost Brown Todd LLP.

CBRE’s Jon Lee, Claire Douthit and Paul Tingley represented Frost Brown Todd. The law firm will occupy floor 43 of the office building.

The skyscraper, which opened in 1980, was developed by Hines, a Houston-based firm that contributed numerous high-rises to the skyline of its hometown.

Years ago, the tower was called Interfirst Plaza. Before Covid, the 1100 Louisiana tower was 99 percent leased

“1100 Louisiana is a quality, Class A office building with strong ownership invested in the property,” said Haggard of Cushman & Wakefield.
