GALVESTON, Texas – (Realty News Report) – Construction crews will break ground – or perhaps it should be called “break sand” – on the Tiara on the Beach condominium project on Galveston’s West End.
Satya, owner and developer of Tiara on the Beach, has hired Houston-based Ludlow & Associates as the project’s general contractor to construct the 10-story building.
Tiara on the Beach will be the first new condominium project built on Galveston Island in more than 15 years.
Prices begin at $1.2 million for the 63 residences in Tiara on the Beach. Anastasia Gaido of Houston-based Nan and Company Properties’ developer services is handling sales and marketing. The realty firm, led by Nancy Almodovar, recently was involved in the sale of Mr. Gerald Hines’ mansion in River Oaks.
Located on Galveston’s West End, at 10525 San Luis Pass Road, the residences will have Gulf views. Dune construction for the condominium project has been completed and the project is slated to break ground in the summer of 2024.
PLACE Designers is the architect of record for Tiara on the Beach.
Satya is a Houston-based commercial real estate consulting firm that has been involved in developing The Sophie at Bayou Bend, Giorgetti Houston, Westmore, Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Houston Medical Center.
Satya is currently developing The St. Regis Residences, which will be located on Memorial Drive between downtown Houston and Memorial Park.
Elsewhere on Galveston Island’s West End, Green East Realty is developing Roseate Beach, which will offer 172 homesites, including 22 beachfront lots.
