HOUSTON – GHX Industrial, a Houston-based distributor and fabricator of industrial gaskets and hoses, has leased a 143,500-SF warehouse in McCord Development’s Generation Park in northeast Houston.
Generation Park is a 4,000-acre master-planned development at the northeastern corner of Beltway 8. The project 2.5 miles of Beltway frontage.
The GHX building has 121,000 SF of warehouse and shop space and 22,500 SF of office space. The company is expected to occupy the building at the end of the year. Ryan Fuselier and David Buescher with JLL represented GHX.
The GHX building was designed by Method Architecture. Burton Construction is the contractor for the project, which was financed by Woodforest National Bank.
The project will be located near Lockwood Road in Generation Park’s new industrial park, which is called Lockwood Business Park.
Lockwood Business Park has three additional flex-industrial buildings currently pre-leasing, two at 57,600 SF and one at 44,800 SF.
