Houston Developer Constructing Tower in Salt Lake City

SALT LAKE CITY – (Realty News Report) – A development venture comprised of Houston-based Patrinely Group and USAA Real Estate announces that construction has officially topped out on 650 Main, a 10-story, 332,000-SF Class A office and retail development in downtown Salt Lake City.

The project is on schedule for a 1st quarter 2022 delivery, said Robert Fields, President and CEO of Patrinely Group. “Upon completion, we expect 650 Main to exceed the expectations of today’s office users. In addition to large light-filled floor plates, tall ceiling heights, generous parking and unimpeded views, 650 Main will deliver a robust indoor and outdoor amenity package that is unrivaled in the Salt Lake City office market,” Fields said.

Designed by the HOK, an innovative global design firm, the 650 Main development is targeting LEED v4 Gold and has highly efficient floor plate sizes ranging from 41,000 SF on the lower floors (levels 1-4) to 30,840 SF on the upper floors.

EnerBank, a national consumer lender company, will occupy 88,900 SF on the top three floors of the Salt Lake City building.

Patrinely Development is currently developing downtown office towers in Denver and Salt Lake City, in addition to construction in Springwoods Village in north Houston, and projects in Austin, San Antonio, Los Angeles, Miami, Raleigh and the New York/New England region.The firm is building a 30-story tower in downtown Denver.

In addition, a joint venture of Patrinely Group, USAA Real Estate and CDC Houston, is currently building  Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s new campus in CityPlace, the urban and commercial center of Springwoods Village, a 2,000-acre master-planned community in North Houston

In November, it was announced that California -based  Paxion Capital has acquired a significant stake in the Patrinely Group, a move that will enable Patrinely to expand more  rapidly on a national level.
