Howard Hughes Developing Another Apartment Community in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS – (Realty News Report) – Howard Hughes Corp. announced plans to develop a 364-unit multifamily project in the Creekside Park Village Center in The Woodlands.

The apartments will be at the northeast corner of Creekside Green Drive and Kuykendahl Road. Studio Red Architects designed the clubhouse for the apartments.

Another Hughes development in The Woodlands, was recently named “New Development of the Year” by the Houston Apartment Association.

The new apartments will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with sizes from approximately 600 to 1,400 square feet. The units will include quartz countertops, simulated wood flooring, stainless appliances, walk-in closets, nine-foot ceilings, smart thermostats and a washer and dryer in every home.

Ground level apartments will include private, fenced yards.

“We are excited to announce a second apartment community to offer modern and convenient living in Creekside Park Village Center,” said Crystal Bledsoe, National Multifamily Asset Manager for The Howard Hughes Corp.
