HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Giorgetti Houston – the seven-story boutique midrise condominium branded with the name of an upscale Italian furniture maker – has opened.
The 32 homes in Giorgetti Houston are priced from $1.9 million to $4.3 million.
Stolz Partners developed the condominiums, 2710 Steele Street, near Kirby Drive, south of the blue-chip River Oaks community.
The Giorgetti Houston condominium project is the inaugural collaboration of Giorgetti, the iconic Italian furnishings brand; Stolz Partners, a veteran Georgia-based real estate development and investment venture; Mirador Group, a Houston-based firm specializing in architecture and interior design; and Douglas Elliman, a major residential real estate brokerage firm.
Italian Furniture Maker Unleashes Giorgetti Brand
Giorgetti has created the interior residential environment from the kitchen and outdoor cabinetry to paneling, lighting, carpets, closets, woodwork, furnishings and a sculptural wood art piece at the exterior entrance of each home. All components were handcrafted in Italy by the company’s craftsmen, many of whom are architects. The 32 residences range in size from size from 2,700 square feet up to 6,800 square feet for one of the four penthouses. Ceilings range in height from 10 to 12 feet, with balconies from 500 to 2,000 square feet.
Considered one of the world’s finest cabinet and furniture makers, Giorgetti is a122-year-old firm based in Meda, Italy.

The Giorgetti company, has created custom furnishings for celebrity residences, showrooms, cruise ships and fine hotels across the globe, including the $24 million penthouse for The Plaza Hotel in New York City.
“Giorgetti is this really cool Italian company that makes beautiful things, and Giorgetti Houston is a reflection of what that company is all about,” said Will Stolz, whose company Stolz Partners owns and developed the project.
“Each residence is like an original work of art,” said Jacob Sudhoff, CEO of Douglas Elliman Texas.
Sudhoff’s husband is Jerry Hooker, principal of the Houston-based real estate architecture-design firm Mirador Group, architect of the new building. “Our goal throughout the design process was to ensure the Giorgetti culture is alive in each home as well as in the common spaces,” said Hooker.
E.E. Reed Construction was general contractor for the building, which broke ground in May 2018. Interior design was by Giorgetti and Mirador Group.
Stolz Partners also developed The Sophie at Bayou Bend condos near Houston’s Memorial Park.
