Plavnicky, Kinzel & Makowski, represented by Vincent Gyorgy of NAI Partners, leased 5,054 SF. … Spain, Price, Reader & Thompson, represented by Marshall Clinkscales of Colliers International, leased 4,097 SF. … Gulf Coast Bank & Trust, represented by Josh LaRocca of Avison Young, leased 3,689 SF. … Moleculin Biotech, represented by Jane Nodskov of ICO Commercial, leased 2,333 SF.
The 11-story, 150,000-SF is three miles west of downtown Houston, just north of Buffalo Bayou and the upscale River Oaks community. Philadelphia-based Equus Capital, formerly known as BPG Properties, acquired the building about two years ago.
