CONROE – (Realty News Report) – Mill Creek Residential has broken ground on Beckett West Fork, which will feature 408 apartment homes across 14 buildings.
The apartment community will be the company’s latest project in its new attainable housing brand. First move-ins are anticipated for November 2024.
Beckett West Fork, 10845 League Line Road, will offer one- and two-bedroom homes with an average size of 1,027 SF.
The project sits 40 miles north of Houston’s central business district and 15 miles north of The Woodlands.
“Beckett West Fork will offer the best of both worlds in that residents will experience a small-town vibe while remaining within commuting distance of the area’s key employment and entertainment centers,” said Lucas Sandidge, vice president of development for Mill Creek Residential.
Mill Creek, based in Boca Raton, Fla., has 35,000 rental units operating and/or under construction.
Last year, Mill Creek completed a 429-unit multifamily project called Modera Six Pines at 8900 Six Pines Drive in The Woodlands. Other Mill Creek apartment communities in the Houston area, include Modera Flats and Modera Washington.
