Molto Properties Enters Houston With NW Spec Distribution Center

Molto Properties enters the Houston market with spec project in Northwest Houston.

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) –  Molto Properties, a Chicago firm with plans to expand in Houston, broke ground on a 136,551-SF spec distribution center in northwest Houston, according to Lee & Associates.

Called 290 Northwest Business Center, the project is at 21420 Northwest Freeway.

Reed Vestal, Taylor Schmidt and Robert McGee of Lee & Associates are marketing the Molto property. Chad Parris leads Molto’s Houston office.

“We are excited to continue our expansion in the Houston market. We will continue to focus on distribution centers in and around Houston that will give our clients a logistical advantage,” says Todd Naccarato, managing principal at Molto Properties.

The Northwest Business Center project includes 2,586-SF of spec office space, 121 parking spaces, and a loading area with 30 dock-high and 2 drive-in doors.
