Molto Properties Signs Tenant for New Business Park

DEER PARK, Texas – (Realty News Report) – S.I. Warehousing leased 252,000 SF in Monument Business Park, a new industrial property developed by Molto Properties in Deer Park, east of Houston.

Molto’s Monument Business Park project broke ground in fourth quarter of 2019 and recently delivered a 414,900 SF cross-dock and a 194,610 SF front load building at the end of October 2020.

Sam Houston, defeated the Mexican army, leading to Texas’ independence from Mexico and the establishment of Texas as sovereign nation.

“Monument Business Park’s premiere location and accessibility to the Port will continue to attract a wide variety of users. Now that we’ve delivered the first phase of the project, we look forward to leasing the remaining 357,307 square feet in the coming months,” said Chad Parrish, Vice President of Molto Properties.   The Monument Business Park buildings offer 32-foot to  36-foot clear heights.
