HOUSTON – The Moody Rambin real estate firm has been retained by National Life Group to lease and manage two buildings near NASA’s Johnson Space Center on the southeast side of Houston.

The building were formerly occupied by Wyle Laboratories, a firm that provides biomedical support to NASA space flights.

Clear Lake I and II located at 1300 and 1290 Hercules Avenue in the NASA/Clear Lake submarket of Houston. The two building portfolio has approximately 130,000 square feet of Class B office space available. The 1300 Hercules building is 88 percent vacant and the other building is 100 available.

Angie Campbell will oversee the property management of the building and Karen Wright and Kevin Nolan will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin.

Clear Lake II offers a unique opportunity for a single tenant user to control a stand-alone building with prominent building signage.  Clear Lake I is built-out for smaller users looking for move-in ready suites.
