HOUSTON – The Woodson’s Reserve, a new master planned community, is opening on a new section of the Grand Parkway in North Houston.
A $1.1 billion 38-mile extension of the Grand Parkway has generated a considerable number of deals in north Houston. The roadway, also known as State Highway 99, runs close to the new Exxon Mobil campus, which will have a work force of 10,000. The Grand Parkway is expected to open by year-end.
The 692-acre community will several builders including Meritage Homes, Perry Homes, Taylor Morrison, and Toll Brothers.
“Woodson’s Reserve offers a great location, right on the proposed Grand Parkway, near to area employment and attractions. This community will feature exceptional amenities accompanied by an intimate setting with abundant natural beauty,” said Billy Shirley, division president of Perry Homes. Lot pre-sales begin March 1.
Woodson’s Reserve is being developed by a partnership between Toll Brothers and Houston-based Cernus Development LLC, a real estate company specializing in land acquisition and development.
