HOUSTON – National Oilwell Varco is reportedly in line to occupy a new building near the West Belt in Houston, the Millennium Tower II.
The 22-story office tower will be built on three acres in the 10300 block of Richmond Avenue in the Westchase District. The 415,000-sf structure will be adjacent to a sister project, Millennium Tower, which was completed in 1982.
The Gensler architecture firm designed the new building, scheduled to be completed in 2015.
The existing Millennium Tower I, is owned and managed by BMS Management.
