HOUSTON – A 40,000-square-foot portion of the Greenspoint office space being vacated by Exxon Mobil has been backfilled with a corporate headquarters tenant.
The tenant is a HealthHelp, a Houston-based firm involved in educative and collaborative healthcare management. HealthHelp will relocate its corporate headquarters into two floors in the Four Greenspoint Place building.
Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners, a Houston-based commercial real estate services represented HealthHelp, which will relocate to the building this spring.
HealthHelp was represented by Sam Pouns and Anthony Fritsche with Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners. Damon Thames and Chip Colvill with Colvill Office Properties represented the building owner, a partnership between GM and Hines.
Exxon Mobil had occupied as much as 2 million square feet in the Greenspoint market at one time. The energy firm is relocating to its new 3 million-square-foot campus north of Houston, just south of The Woodlands. Exxon Mobil will have 10,000 employees on the campus when the relocation is complete in late June.
HealthHelp will relocate from 654 North Sam Houston Parkway into approximately 40,000 square feet of space formerly occupied by ExxonMobil.
“HealthHelp is a dynamic company that has grown significantly in recent years. We’re excited about delivering a solution that will enable future growth in a quality setting like Four Greenspoint, where the tenant amenities are the best in the submarket,” said Anthony Fritsche. “The building owner was adamant about their commitment to improving the property, and they are delivering in a big way with the installation of a tenant fitness center on the ground floor.”
