HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Partners announced that two of its professionals have been added to the company’s roster of partners: Carlos Marquez and Darren O’Conor, both of the company’s Industrial Group, according to managing partner Jon Silberman. Marquez marks the first Partner-level professional based in the company’s San Antonio office.
The Lee & Associates – Houston office has added Brad Kilbrideas a director, who specializes in representation for regional and national retailers and project leasing the Houston market. He will be working alongside Lee & Associates retail head, Grant Walker. The firm also added Anthony Fera (office) and Stuart Peterson (industrial and land) as associates. The addition of the three new brokers gives Lee a total 45 people on the brokerage team and four new people on the property management side, totaling a team of eight, said Chris Lewis, managing principal.
Cody Armbrister has been named senior managing director of a new division at Dallas-based Crow Holdings. The divisions will be focused on developing new office projects nationally. Armbrister had been market leader for CBRE in Houston. In January, CBRE announced that Peter Mainguy has been promoted to Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE’s Houston office.
Hines announced an addition to its Investment Management team. Adriana de Alcantara has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director, Fund Management, Americas, reporting to Chief Investment Officer, Americas Alfonso Munk. Previously, she served as Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager at Nuveen Real Estate based in New York, where she was the lead Portfolio Manager for the TIAA-CREF Real Property Fund.
Houston home remodeler Dan Bawden was Inducted into National Remodeling Hall of Fame by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He is a past president of the Greater Houston Builders Association.
