HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – John Ferruzzo has joined KBC Advisors as market leader in the Houston office. Ferruzzo had been with Transwestern and previously Partners Real Estate.

HOUSTON – Melissa Kennedy-Hickey has been hired as director of leasing services at Williamsburg Enterprises. Previously, she was with Partners Real Estate.

HOUSTON – PAGEWOOD, a Houston-based real estate owner, operator, and developer, announced the growth of the C-suite team with the addition of Chief Technology Officer Venkat Kandru— a real estate technology professional focused on enterprise architecture, integrated solutions, data science, digital transformations, micro-services architecture, and Augmented Intelligence solutions.

HOUSTON – Moody Rambin announced the appointment of Shane Cawood as Executive Vice President, Property Management. Shane will play a role in leading and enhancing the Property Management division, ensuring continued growth and excellence in service delivery. Shane worked at Rebees Management Company, where he spearheaded operations for a dynamic start-up experiential property management firm.

DALLAS – Cushman & Wakefield has hired Hayden D. Littlefield as an Executive Director for the firm’s Valuation & Advisory practice in the South Central region. Based in the firm’s Dallas office, Littlefield has experience in commercial and special use property appraisals, business development and third-party appraisal review services.

AUSTIN – Partners Real Estate announced that Ryan Kasten has joined the company as Partner and Managing Director for its Austin and San Antonio offices. Previously, Kasten was with Cushman & Wakefield.

DALLAS – SRS Real Estate Partners announced that Garrett Colburn has been named President, responsible for the company’s continued national growth, including office productivity and culture. Colburn will partner with CEO Chris Maguire to generate growth across all platforms, including retail, capital markets and industrial.

DALLAS – Partners Real Estate announced that Justin Utay has joined the company as a Partner. Utay, a seasoned office tenant representation broker, will be based in Partners’ Dallas office. Utay had been with NAI Robert Lynn.

DALLAS – Steve Wolff has been hired as executive vice president of industrial acquisitions and asset management at Buligo Capital. Wolff will focus on value-add opportunities in the $10 to $60 million range. Headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, Buligo has offices in Dallas, Philadelphia and Boca Raton, Fla.
