HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – The Dinerstein Companies (TDC) announced the appointments of Josh Rebholz as Vice President of Capital Markets and Scott Wandzilak as Director of Capital Markets. Based out of the newly established TDC Los Angeles office, Rebholz and Wandzilak will spearhead capital raising efforts for the company’s fund platform and investment management business

HOUSTON – Katherine Jordan has joined Rockefeller Group as an associate project manager. Philip Croker is senior managing director in Rockefeller’s Houston office.

HOUSTON – Marshall Miller has started a new position as an Associate representing office tenants in CBRE’s Occupier Team in Houston.

HOUSTON – GHD, a global professional services company operating in the markets of water, energy and resources, environment, property and buildings, and transportation, has named Juan Zorrilla as its new Regional General Manager for the US Mid-Continent Region, based in Houston.

HOUSTON – Newmark has hired Meredith Cullen as a Senior Managing Director within the firm’s Land Services group. Based in Houston, Cullen will focus on the acquisition and disposition of industrial, office and retail land developments and master-planned communities, expanding the firm’s land services capabilities. He had been with Cushman & Wakefield, working with Houston CRE veteran David Cook.

HOUSTON – Lee & Associates – Houston named Brandi Dees as Senior Director, specializing in retail and land transactions for national clients. For more than 20 years, Dees has focused on corporate acquisitions and dispositions, tenant representation and land transactions for notable national tenants including Five Guys Burgers, Jack in the Box, and Seattle’s Best Coffee.

DALLAS – Lion Real Estate Group, a Dallas-headquartered real estate firm focused on value-add and opportunistic multifamily properties, has hired Deanna Wigley as Vice President of Operations Support. During her real estate career, Ms. Wigley held leadership positions at Allied Orion Group, Riverstone Residential Group, Henry S. Miller Realty Management, WaterStone Residential, and Equity Residential.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The Signorelli Company announced that Cathy Reich is joining the real estate development firm as its new Senior Vice President of Accounting

HOUSTON — CBRE announced the appointment of Lauren Kelch as Property Management Market Leader in Houston. She will be responsible for property management of 34 million SF of office, retail, industrial and medical office, in addition to leading a team of nearly 200 PM professionals. Kelch joins CBRE from Hines, where she served as the Director of Client Experience and spearheaded the company’s partnership with Forbes Travel guide, highlighting Hines’ integration of luxury hospitality standards across its portfolio. Prior to Hines, she was with Patrinely Group. … Kelch will replace CBRE’s Lori Bryant who will retire after 40 years in property management.

HOUSTON – Dan Dubrowski, co-founder and chairman of Lionstone Investments, has left the firm as of Oct. 1. The Lionstone company is expected to close its office in downtown Houston.

DALLAS – Newmark announced Clint Frease has joined the firm as Vice Chairman. Based in Dallas, Frease will be responsible for leading Newmark’s debt capital markets efforts across Texas and the Central Region, as well as providing national debt advisory for the Data Center Capital Markets team.

DALLAS – Stream Realty Partners announced the addition of office tenant representation brokers Jeff Ellerman and John Ellerman to its Dallas/Fort Worth office. Jeff will serve as Executive Vice Chairman, and John will be Executive Vice President.

SAN ANTONIO – Carlos Marquez has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director in San Antonio. Previously, he was with Partners Real Estate.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — The Signorelli Company is expanding its Commercial Development team with the addition of experienced real estate executive, Patrick Stites as Vice President.

IRVINE, Calif. – Partner Valuation Advisors, a national appraisal firm, added Jeff Colton, MAI, who joins the firm in California as Executive Vice President.

LOS ANGELES –  JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group announced that Matt Riley has re-joined JLL as Senior Director, specializing in hotel investment sales and advisory.

DALLAS – Dallas-based architecture and design firm Corgan announced the appointment of Bob Rayes as Chief Operating Officer and Principal. Rayes previously served as Corgan’s Chief Information Officer for nine years.

DALLAS – Savills named Alyssa Pauly as Senior Director of Project Management. Pauly will be based in Savills’ Dallas-Fort Worth office

NEW YORK – Lightstone Capital, Lightstone’s real estate debt platform, announced that industry veteran Perry Freitas has joined the firm as Managing Director of Originations.

FORT WORTH – Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation hired Taylor Coy as senior director, responsible for placing debt and equity for clients. Coy has experience financing all property types including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hospitality and self-storage. Coy joins the firm from JLL.

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Cushman & Wakefield announced its Life Sciences Advisory services group added Evan Cassolato as Managing Director in San Diego.
