Strait, a native Houstonian, comes to the firm from Lincoln Property Company, where he spent nearly 12 years. DALLAS – Greg Willett has joined Marcus & Millichap as first vice president responsible for spearheading the company’s Institutional Property Advisors multifamily research. Prior to joining IPA, Willett spent 22 years at RealPage Inc., (formerly MFP Research). Willett is one of the industry’s most quoted experts on economic and housing trends.
THE WOODLANDS – The Howard Hughes Corp. announced that Carlos Olea has been appointed as the company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective January 12, 2022. Olea succeeds Correne Loeffler, who assumed the company’s CFO role in April 19, 2021 after HHC’s then-CFO, David O’Reilly, was appointed as CEO.
SAN ANTONIO – Jim Gilly, a seasoned construction executive and former partner at the Embrey multifamily firm, has been named Managing Director and Executive Vice President of the Embrey’s Construction Division.
