HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Randall Davis Company, which has developed a number of residential towers in Houston, has broken ground on a 12-story tower in Houston’s River Oaks area.
The condominium, called London House, will have standard homes priced from $1.5 million, penthouse residences starting at $3.8 million.
“It’s our goal to bring a smaller, more exclusive residence to River Oaks and provide those seeking a luxurious lock-and-leave lifestyle with unobstructed views of the fabulous neighborhood, high-quality design and state-of-the-art amenities,” said Randall Davis, who is developing London House with his daughter, Natalie Davis.
The 70,000-SF tower draws inspiration from the neighboring townhomes and elegance of London’s Chelsea neighborhood.
London House, 2323 San Felipe St., will have 23 residences, including 19 standard residences and four penthouses.
Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing for the project.

The company has also built Sapphire in South Padre, Diamond Beach in Galveston, and Metropolis in Las Vegas.
