HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Residential developer Randall Davis plans to construct a high-rise condo on Westheimer Road near River Oaks.
Davis just bought the half-acre site from Ascot Meadow LLC, which represented by JLL’s Mark Raines and Matt Parsons. The property is just east of Weslayan at 3723 Westheimer.
Davis, a key figure in Houston’s loft redevelopment craze years ago, was represented in the land sale by JLL’s Chip Nash. In recent years, Davis has developed a significant number of Inner Loop residential towers.
