The site will be located within the Cannon Tower at Amegy on Main and distributed across several floors of the Amegy Bank building at 1801 Main Street in Southern Downtown. CBRE announced that Inogen, a manufacturer of oxygen therapy technology and solutions, has leased 154,097 SF of industrial and office space at 600 Shiloh Road in Plano. The decision to consolidate Inogen’s existing Texas facilities under one roof was made to accommodate the company’s expected growth over the next 10 years. The company currently occupies two industrial buildings and one call center in Richardson. All North Texas employees will move into the new building in Plano. JLL exclusively marketed the property for the owner, Towne Oaks Waco, LLC. The firm purchased the asset free and clear of existing debt.

Dave Knobler, in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office and Charles “Chico” LeClaire, from M&M’s Denver office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Houston-based partnership. Jon Danklefs in M&M’s San Antonio office represented the buyer. The facility sits on 6.49 acres, including nearly three acres for potential expansion. It has six single-story buildings and was built in 2004.

Stream Realty Partners and Cabot Properties, Inc., announce that the new, 160,000 SF development in the Star Corporate Center(previously Frisco Park 25), a 216-acre, master-planned business park in Frisco, Texas, has achieved full occupancy. Cabot Properties broke ground in January of 2018 and within six months of completion, the building was fully leased to two national-credit tenants. Bob Hagewood, along with Stream’s Cannon Green and Steve Riordan, co-managed the development, leasing and management of the project.
