HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – C Baldwin, a Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in Allen Center in downtown Houston, has added two retailers: the Sloan/Hall boutique and Paloma, a beauty location.
Currently the hotel operating as DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Downtown Hotel as it undergoes a multi-million-dollar transformation by Brookfield, the owner of Allen Center.
The 354-room hotel, located at 400 Dallas on the northwestern edge of Allen Center, will begin operating as C Baldwin this summer.
Sloan/Hall, the exquisitely curated lifestyle boutique, and the acclaimed, clean beauty destination, Paloma, are anticipated to open in September. Bookending the chic, Rottet Studio-designed lobby, Sloan/Hall will occupy approximately 600 SF and Paloma just under 1,300 SF.
