HOUSTON — FKM Partnership Ltd. has purchased 48,000 SF of industrial property on 4.8 acres at 11941 Cutten Road in Houston. The firm bought the property from ClayPartners as an investment sale. Nathan Wynne of CBRE represented the FKM.

Martin Resource Management renewed its lease for 20,935 SF at Three Riverway in Houston. Don Foster of JLL was broker for the tenant while Kristen Rabel, Marilyn Guion and Parker Duffie with CBRE in Houston represented the landlord, Dar 3Riverway, L.P.

Avison Young negotiated a long-term, 21,091SF office lease on behalf of consulting civil engineering firm Van De Wiele & Vogler located at One Eldridge, 777 North Eldridge Parkway in the west Houston area. Anthony Squillante and Josh Morrow from Avison Young’s Houston office represented the tenant.

Marvin Ave. in Waxahachie from GateHouse Media Texas Holdings II Inc. Newspaper management has inked a 90-day sale-leaseback to allow time for renovation of its new office and relocation. The 12,018 SF commercial building ultimately will be the realty firm’s base of operations in Ellis County.

Lee & Associates – Stockton brokered the sale of an industrial building measuring about 201,400 SF on about 9.4-acres at 3001 N. Navone Road in Stockton, Calif. The property was 100% leased to two tenants, GAF and Western Regional Distribution Services. Jim Martin represented the seller, Mark Slotkin, in the transaction.
