Located on 13.7 acres, the property is located within the Plum Creek master planned community, just west of Interstate 35. BSR Real Estate Investment Trust, a publicly traded REIT on the Toronto stock exchange, acquired the asset.

The new industrial building built by Hanson Asset Management in 2019 was recently purchased by Equity Industrial Partners and Raith Capital Partners in a joint investment. Impulse 4.0 provides end-to-end supply chain management services to manufacturers and suppliers in the USA, Mexico, Europe and China. Hoar Construction has begun construction of a new facility for Uvalde Memorial Hospital in Uvalde, Texas. The $90 million effort represents the sixth rural healthcare project for Hoar’s Texas Division. UMH was originally built in 1972, and even with additions and renovations, needs replacement. The new 170,000 SF hospital is now taking shape after site work began in late 2019. The new building will include 132,870 SF of institutional space, 31,872 SF of administrative space and an 11,500 SF central utility plant.
