TOMBALL — Santikos Entertainment is developing a 90,000-SF retail center adjacent to its cinema in Tomball, northwest of Houston.
The Weitzman Group is pre-leasing the project, called Northpointe Shopping Center, located at the northeast corner of Windsor Pointe Drive and SH-249, in a dense area of Tomball. Randy Hopper and Edward Heap with Weitzman handle leasing for the project.
The center will be anchored by the existing Santikos Silverado 19, a cinema featuring 19 screens, including an IMAX screen and six 3D-equipped screens. Santikos is based in San Antonio.
In addition to the cinema, Northpointe currently includes two restaurants on pad sites: Texas Roadhouse and Bahama Bucks.
The center is located in a trade area with nearly 170,000 people with an average household income of more than $115,000 within a five-mile radius, Weitzman said.
