Stanmore Partners Developing 292-Unit Multifamily Project in Sienna Plantation

HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Houston-based Stanmore Partners, a real estate development and investment firm led by industry veterans Jason Schlanger and Carter Bechtol, has broken ground on its latest multifamily development in Sienna Plantation.

Ravella at Sienna Plantation Apartment Homes, located at 5330 Sienna Parkway (at Sienna Parkway and Fort Bend Parkway), will be a three-story Class-A multifamily rental community situated within the 7,000 acre master planned development.

Located just off the Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road, Ravella at Sienna Plantation will occupy just over 16 acres of land. The community will be home to 292 one, two and three-bedroom units (including units with attached garages), ranging in size from 609 to 1,517 square feet.

Sienna Plantation is a master planned community developed by Johnson Development Corp. located in Missouri City, on the southwest side of Houston.

Ravella at Sienna Plantation will provide an attractive housing option for residents looking to take advantage of the walkable and sustainable aspects of Sienna Plantation.

Steinberg Dickey Collaborative, a Houston based multifamily design firm, provided architectural services while Interior Design is provided by Haven Design Studio of Houston. Hoar Construction, LLC will be the general contractor for the development.

First Tennessee Bank, NA will provide construction financing for the project.
